RB SOLES LLC – Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies used on whsclub.com (the "Portal"), operated by RB SOLES LLC (contact: [email protected]).
1. Only strictly necessary cookies
The Portal uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, to keep you logged in and to protect the Portal, plus one cookie that remembers your display preference. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Because strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent requirements, we do not show a consent banner.

3. Browser storage
The Portal also stores a few items in your browser's local storage and session storage. These are not sent to us automatically and are not used for tracking: your saved delivery destination (country, ZIP and street, dest, kept until you clear it), and small flags that stop the same prompt or pop-up from showing twice (cleared when you close the tab). Administrator screens store alert and sound preferences.
4. Stripe Checkout
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe Checkout pages. Stripe sets its own cookies on its pages for payment processing and fraud prevention, under Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Portal will not work properly without these cookies (for example, you will not be able to log in).
6. Changes
If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required. See also our Privacy Policy.
